Refund policy

WITHDRAWAL From THE CONTRACT:

 

Under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act in Doorstep Selling and Mail Order Sales (Act No. 108/2000 Coll.), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days without providing a reason. This period starts from the day you receive the goods or the day the contract for the provision of services is concluded. To exercise this right, you must send a withdrawal notice to the seller and return the product within the specified 14-day period.

 

To return your goods, please fill out the Withdrawal Form within 45 days of receiving the items. Ensure that the goods are in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. Include the order number, order date, and your IBAN account number for the refund.

For tracking purposes, we recommend sending your package via registered mail and with insurance. Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.

 

After we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that the cost of delivery and return is the customer's responsibility, so your refund will only cover the value of the returned goods.

 

Important Note: To process your return, the goods must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and they must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please send the goods by registered mail and ensure they are insured, as we are not responsible for any loss during transit. If these conditions are not met, we will be unable to accept the return, and the goods will be sent back to you at your expense.
