How to proceed – returning the goods

You can send the parcel via any carrier of your choice. We recommend sending the parcel as a registered and insured shipment so that you can track its movement. We are not liable for the loss of the shipment on its way to us. Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

⚠️Don't forget – this is crucial: Place a slip of paper with your order number inside the parcel: (e.g. 93570). It can be anything – even handwritten. Without it, the shipment cannot be matched to your order and the refund cannot be processed. Please do not underestimate this step.

⚠️Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Conditions for a valid return of goods:
* The goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and complete.
* A return is possible within 45 days of delivery of the goods (applies only to unopened and undamaged packaging)
* The cost of returning the goods (postage) is borne by the customer
* If the conditions are not met, the withdrawal cannot be accepted and the goods will be returned at your expense

After the goods are delivered, we will refund your money no later than within 14 days, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
