What to do next – returning the goods

Pack the goods (products in unopened and undamaged packaging) and enclose the Cover Letter for Returned Goods – either printed or handwritten. You must provide the order payment reference (variable symbol) and, for cash-on-delivery payments, the IBAN as well – without it, we have no account to which we can issue the refund.

⚠️ Cash-on-delivery parcels will not be accepted.

The goods must be returned within 45 days of delivery, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we will not accept the withdrawal from the contract and the goods will be returned at the sender’s expense.

We recommend sending the parcel by registered and insured delivery. We are not liable for goods lost in transit. We will refund the payment within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
